During this treatment you will have a Tibetan bowl placed on your hands, arms, feet, and body whilst I strike the singing bowl to provide deep vibration throughout your body leading to an intense massage and relaxation session. An amazing treatment for anyone who is struggling to relax, rest and step out of their busy mind/body.
